Welcome! This site is dedicated to supporting Project Learning Tree Facilitators planning & delivering excellent training opportunities for teachers, informal educators, volunteers, & other education supporters around the state.
A facilitator is someone who has shown an interest in leading or co-leading a professional development event for other educators. This person has participated in an educator session in the past, either online or in-person, & has trained as a facilitator to review all of the resources that go into a successful event: instructions, background information, forms, checklists, tips, & more!

Three steps to hosting a PLT professional development event:
Due 45 days before your proposed event date.
As you complete this form, consider:
co-facilitators, class size & location, open to the public or to a private audience, your plan for advertising, your plan for registration, your plan for ordering books &/or collecting fees, flyers & ads if needed.
Due 21 days before your proposed event date.
As you complete this form, consider:
audience, location, activities, needed materials, "take it outside", "make it local", forest literacy principles, digital resources, accommodations or adaptations, learning styes, making a "career connection"
