1- the start with reading all spec. related to the work and highlight the main subjects
2- check how many drawings in the project and list all with status, date & rev.
3- once receive shop drawing check it against specs.
4- send shop drawings to consultant for approval
5- approved document to be stamped by original stamp
6- approved documents to be sent to subcontractors(construction) by transmittal
7- M.T.O of approved drawings to be prepared and send to procurement with date & revision
8- any modifications in approved drawings should be submitted to consultant
9- disapproved & resubmitt drawings should be reported & go to point 3
