I support diamond open access journals, which are free to read and free to publish in. High-quality journals without financial barriers are essential, especially when profit-driven corporations treat research articles as merchandise. As a rule, I do not publish in journals with excessive page or publication charges. The only exceptions are well-justified, reasonable requests from my co-authors.

I firmly oppose predatory journals, which undermine good scientific practice for financial gain. I do not review for journals or publishers that the research community regards as parasitic, including publishers that run journals with high impact factors. Prestige does not excuse exploitative practices.

I also do not use OpenAI products. The company has collected enough controversies that I would rather keep my distance. 

I strongly support open access in science.
