To enter Israel you will have to present proof that you will leave the country before your visa expires (up to 90 days). You will not be able to enter the country without this proof. Cyprus would be your last chance to arrange flights.

There is ferry traffic between Alanya and other Turkish ports and Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus.

You would need to confirm if a ferry service is operating from Limassol, Republic of Cyprus to Haifa, Israel. Salamis Cruise Lines did operate a cruise ferry service from Limassol, Republic of Cyprus to Haifa, Israel during May to July and September to October of 2012.

The other way to reach Israel from the Republic of Cyprus is by air to Tel Aviv and travel by public transport to Haifa to continue your journey to Jerusalem or ignore Haifa and walk direct to Jerusalem.
