Machine R W S 193 was made for R Walker & Sons which became Wolsey Ltd in 1897. The machine is a 32 gauge shawl frame.
The jack and sinker moulds show the machine number R W S 193.
Machine No. on top gibbet is W D. 7. manufacturer not known.

The needle lead mould has the no. W D 7 32 G.
Machine No. K S 8 is for Kirby Shawls which is my workshop in Kirby Muxloe. The machine is the 8th acquired.
The machine was renovated in 2013/4 and converted from 3 at once to 6 at once and is now used for making the 46" x 12" lace scarves. The machine is in good working order.
This machine is for sale at £10,000.00 collected.
