Scholarship Fund

Through the efforts of some dedicated, committed and creative PESA members the Petrolia Alumni Scholarship Fund (PASF) was created to provide scholarships to deserving graduates of Petrolia High School. Effective February 17, 2006 the PASF was recognized by the IRS as a Public Charity (Non-Profit) under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code.

Therefore, all contributions to the PASF are tax deductible to the donors. You are encouraged to generously contribute and benefit the college education of the Petrolia youth.

In 2007, the PASF awarded the first scholarships from the fund earnings to two graduating PHS seniors.

The Second Annual Charity Concert Benefiting the PASF was held on August 11, 2007 at 7:00 PM in the Petrolia High School auditorium.

Many people from near and far turned out supporting the PASF and to enjoy a concert by the Prairie Moon Band and friends.

The PASF welcomes your support and financial contributions. The PSEA is set up to provide scholarships each year to deserving Petrolia High School graduates.
