Most of the documentation is tailored to the specific support needs of my clients and myself.

The instructions are intended to be fairly straight-forward.

They should provide a reliable method to install and use the software they reference.

My normal system and my clients base systems are PCs running Microsoft Windows 7 Pro, with 4G of RAM, and a minimum 80G hard-drive or Microsoft Windows 10 with 8G of RAM and a minimum of 110G drive.

Some of the older systems only have 2G of RAM.

My support routines/tools are based on the above.
