Title I
Philippi Elementary is a school wide project. Students in grades kindergarten through grade four are eligible for Title I service. Title I service at Philippi Elementary is intensive and it is flexible. Groups are monitored for need and changed periodically during the school year. Groups are served during a scheduled intervention time.
Title I Teachers at Philippi Elementary serve students in both reading and math.
