IMPORTANT - POLICE/FIRE RETIREE INFO

If you are a member who is a retired police officer/firefighter and had your annual dues automatically deducted from your paycheck, this procedure ends upon your retirement. 

You must get a new "retired members" payroll deduction. 

Please contact Al Kuchler at the FOP Lodge 5 during normal business hours.
