We’re excited to let you know that HSBC has just become part of the Allpoint1 network of ATMs providing access to surcharge-free ATMs globally.

As an HSBC client that means you can now withdraw cash from over 55,000 ATMs worldwide with 43,000 ATMs in the U.S. without having to pay a fee.

Allpoint ATMs can be found at 8 out of 102 top U.S. retailers including Costco®, Target®, Walgreens®, CVS® and Kroger®3, meaning you’ll never need to go too far to find one. To find an Allpoint ATM near you, click below.4

Joining the Allpoint network ensures it will be easy for you to find an ATM where you won’t be charged a third-party surcharge. Therefore, we will be introducing a cap on the number of fee rebates you can receive when you use a non-HSBC or non-Allpoint ATM in the U.S. Starting February 1, 2022 you will receive up to five qualifying ATM third-party surcharge fee rebates per month.5

Bringing you access to more ATMs is just one of the ways we’re making everyday banking easier, including increasing the amount you can withdraw from any U.S. HSBC ATM up to $5,000 daily. And, if you want to make a large purchase using your HSBC debit card, you can do so knowing the point of sale purchase limit has also been increased to $15,000 a day to better meet your needs.

Something to be aware of: Due to the technical limitations of certain types of Allpoint ATMs you may see a surcharge message when you’re making a withdrawal. Please continue your transaction as when you get your receipt you’ll see that you weren’t charged a surcharge. All withdrawals from an Allpoint ATM are surcharge-free.
