If you're feeling overwhelmed, hit by all the news, covid19, or maybe all the demands of work or home life, then taking the time for a forest walk may be just the thing to help you feel better.
There is plenty of evidence to show that walking in the forest or amongst nature is good for our mental health. The physical experience in our bodies along with the sights and sounds are grounding, giving us perspective and a awareness of something bigger than ourselves.
A forest walk is my "go to" when I'm feeling stressed or overwhelmed, and its always a great comfort.
