If tendon pain prevents you from exercising, or makes exercising painful, then a simple 30 to 60 second exercise at the beginning of your routine may be all it takes to make the session pain free.

The techniques described here are just as applicable to beginner and everyday exercisers. I have trialed a form of this treatment with a client, and have seen very promising results.
