You don’t need to sing the skeleton dance song you learned in kindergarten to know that your body is a system of linked parts. But did you know those parts influence each other too?
A small disfunction in one area is likely to cause a problem in other areas in your body. Looking down at your feet, they might be the cause of your sore lower back, shoulders or knees too? Remember, your body works best when all your joints and structures are aligned and work together properly.
