It’s the season of over eating and disrupted routines. Don’t forget to make a plan to keep that exercise going, especially if you’re going away, or having family visit. You don’t want to lose those healthy exercise routines. Try to fit in a few extra workouts when you’re on holiday, you’ll not only burn some more calories, but you will feel better for it.
