Our message is: you cannot afford not to be exercising! Talk to a Personal Trainer, doctor, or other health professional about what exercise you should be doing.
If you can't get started, get help! Personal Trainers are professionals specially trained to motivate you to get started and keep exercising. An investment now will likely extend and improve your life. There are many options that can work within your budget.
