Great article on Stuff this morning from the Washington Post.
It includes some exercises you can do while you're staying away from home. Maybe its not a big as your usual programme, but its a realistic substitute to keep you going. Just remember don't do the Dips (no.7) if you have a history of shoulder problems.
Make sure you use perfect form with all exercises. Talk to a Personal Trainer or Fitness Consultant before you go if you're not confident.
