This article touched me particularly this morning.
Close to the middle of the article there's some good advice for overweight people wanting to be active.
All I can say is you are always welcome to exercise with us without judgement. We can give you a program to do at home, on your own or with trusted friends, or you can come to my studio for one on one training.
Exercise should be available for everyone to enjoy!!
