Yum yum. I love this recipe from Rachel Khoo. I made it last night, but replaced the dumplings with my own recipe meatballs. Its healthy, quite quick and easy to make, and very tasty. I most often use the Bouillon from the recipe and make my own "Toulouse Meatballs" or use chicken instead of the duck. I usually put 2 cans of white beans in. We always have it with an artisan baguette from New World or My French Larder. Click here or on the picture for the recipe.
