How to find HOA Covenants on the Wake County Register of Deeds website:

1. go to "Wake County Register of Deeds" website (you may have to use Edge, as Chrome sometimes won't go past the security check)

2. click "Recording & Real Estate"

3. click "Search Real Estate Records" 

4. click "Real Estate Records" then "Real Estate Records Online Search & Copies"

5. search settings (under Grantor section):

   • Grantor: PERRY HILLS SUBDIVISION (only Phase 1 refers to us)

   • Grantor Type (under Human): Non-Human

6. click Search
