Common Areas

The Perry Hills HOA common areas consist of:

1. two patches of land at the Sparta / Tingen entrance to the Perry Hills Subdivision
2. one patch of land between 109 Sparta & 201 Sparta.
3. one area of land located behind houses on Sparta and Glaston (Note this was discovered when updating HOA homeowners list. With out paying a lawyer, this is accurate as the HOA Board can determine.)

Ownership deeds for the PH-HOA common area property have been found on the Wake County Register of Deeds website.
