Rule governing your Board actions. Passed November 19, 2024
No Perry Hill HOA Board member may issue "violations" of any rule, covenant, or guideline to a community Home Owner on their own. There must be majority acceptance by the Board for any violation to be issued. If any Board member should chose to ignore this rule, they will be automatically suspended from and removed from the Perry Hill HOA Board for the remainder of their term. Any community Home Owner claiming to be a Board member, but not duly elected to or appointed to the Board, and taking actions within the community in the name of the Board, will be subject to any civil judgments for injuries received by community Home Owners from those actions. In addition, said person will be barred from serving on the Perry Hill HOA Board for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of such actions.

UPDATE- As of March 26, 2025, Small business have been determined to be exempt from BOI requirements.
Mandated Filing by Federal Government - BOI Report
The Federal Government has established a new rule that requires certain businesses to fill out Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report. Perry Hills HOA is required to fill this out. Starting in 2025 the Report has to be updated whenever there is a change in the HOA board within 30 days. Therefore, NO new board member shall take their place on the Board until the BOI Report is updated and the updating must be done within 30 days. If the updating is not done then possible new board member will determined to not be on the HOA Board. The fines for not getting this done are up to $500+ a day and possible prison time and are the responsibility of the individual.
