About Me

In life, I have always wanted to be a great teacher and a great mom.  Over time, this goal has changed.  I have decided, I also want to help students, teachers, and districts reach greatness.    

I have been fortunate enough to have been involved in very collaborative school environments.  I have seen the following implemented and run successfully: standards based grading, common weekly formatives, common assessments, professional learning communities, and successful school wide intervention programs.

I have a knack for technology and blend it in to my lessons. I am proficient in Canvas, and I am a certified Google Educator.

I describe myself as loving but firm.   I strive to be a multiplier personality; someone who helps others reach their full potential.  This requires me to be highly in-tune and organized.   I have been blessed with a knack of reaching unreachable people and students.  I believe anything is possible and have a can-do attitude.   Like the honey bee, I want to make a difference one increment at a time.
