Peach Grove Executive Coaching offers three distinct options for our individual and business customers. The primary difference between service offerings are the amount of contract hours, or hours spent with an Executive Coach. Individual Services

Individual services have been developed with a business leader in mind. Someone who really wants to improve their goal achievement success, career progression and strategic thinking would be a perfect candidate for Executive Coaching. This person knows that they may have some negative behaviors holding them back, or they are so caught up in the day to day struggles that they tend to lose sight of the big picture and become frustrated. Executive Coaching is recommended for anyone who wants to be more successful at their workplace, advance their career or discover more free time to do what they enjoy.

Business Services

Business services have been designed to offer companies a competitive choice in providing Executive Coaching services to employees. When conventional training programs become ineffective, due to an employee’s seasoned skill set or advanced experience level, Executive Coaching may be the answer. Another example of where Executive Coaching can be an effective tool for businesses would include a situation where a business wishes to groom an employee for a new position of leadership within the company. Executive Coaching may be the most effective investment a business can make for their employees. Executive Coaching may result in increased profits, productivity and an overall improvement in morale of employees for both the business and their customers.

Individual Service Options

1. 1 Month

This service is designed for individuals who are interested in achieving select goals, desire a short-term commitment contract, or are looking for price flexibility. The one Month individual service option includes five (5) meetings with an Executive Coach. The first meeting will be focused on objective discovery for the contract and assessment. This meeting will last two hours. Subsequent meetings will last one hour.

2. 3 Months

This service option is designed for individuals who desire more time to achieve select goals, discover negative behaviors, and develop strategic planning processes. The 3 Month option provides an individual service option that includes twelve (12) meetings with an Executive Coach. The first meeting will be focused on objective discovery for the contract and last two hours. Subsequent meetings will last one hour.

3. 6 Months +

This service option is designed for individuals who are focused on achieving professional business goals, increased self-development, behavior awareness, and career progression goals. They are interested in completing an in-depth review and assessment of their objective, behavior, and career progression processes and will work to implement an improvement process, goal achievement, and self-reward plan. The 6 Months + service option includes twenty-six (26) meetings with an Executive Coach. The first meeting will be focused on objective discovery and assessment for the contract and last two hours. Subsequent meetings will last one hour.

Business Service Options

1. Quick Study

This service option is designed for businesses who are interested in having their employees achieve select goals, need a short-term commitment or are interested in price flexibility. This option may include five (5) or eight (8) meetings, depending on if three additional meetings are requested.

The first additional meeting would be to approve Executive Coaching contract objectives before Executive Coaching begins. The second additional meeting would be to provide a midpoint contract summary. The third additional meeting would be to provide a summary of Executive Coaching contract accomplishments, after the Executive Coaching contract has completed.

The first meeting, with the Executive Coach and employee, will last two hours. The three optional meetings, with representatives from the business, would last one hour each. Subsequent meetings, with the employee and Executive Coach, will last one hour.

2. Career Enhancement

This service option is designed for businesses that are interested in professional and strategic development for their employee, over the course of a longer-term contract period than the Quick Study option provides. This option will consist of fourteen (14) or seventeen (17) meetings, depending on if three additional meetings are requested.

The first additional meeting would be to approve Executive Coaching contract objectives before Executive Coaching begins. The second additional meeting would be to provide a midpoint contract summary. The third additional meeting would be to provide a summary of Executive Coaching contract accomplishments, after the Executive Coaching contract has completed.

The first meeting, with the Executive Coach and employee, will last two hours. The three optional meetings, with representatives from the business, would last one hour each. Subsequent meetings, with the employee and Executive Coach, will last one hour.

3. Career Advancer

This service option is designed for businesses that are interested in professional, strategic and self-behavior development for their employee over the course of a six (6) month contract period. This option will include twenty-five (25) or twenty-eight (28) meetings, depending on if three additional meetings are requested.

The first additional meeting would be to approve Executive Coaching contract objectives before Executive Coaching begins. The second additional meeting would be to provide a midpoint contract summary. The third additional meeting would be to provide a summary of Executive Coaching contract accomplishments, after the Executive Coaching contract has completed.

The first meeting, with the Executive Coach and employee, will last two hours. The three optional meetings, with representatives from the business, would last one hour each. Subsequent meetings, with the employee and Executive Coach, will last one hour.
