Barry K. Conley is the CEO and Founder of Peach Grove Executive Coaching. Conley launched executive coaching services for business leaders and small business owners. “I provide a no-nonsense personal service to hardworking business leaders and small business owners to help them identify pain points and overcome personal vices that are holding them back from achieving the success they are capable of."

Conley has a Master's Degree in Managerial Communications with an emphasis in Executive Coaching. Conley also has a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska.

Conley was the Responsible Party for the Graduate Certificate of Executive Coaching program at Bellevue University and has also taught university courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. 

Conley is Certified as an Executive Coach with the Center for Executive Coaching. Conley also holds a Board Certified Coach Credential from the Center for Credentialing and Education with specialty designations in Executive, Corporate, Business, and Leadership Coaching. 

Conley lives in Plattsmouth, Nebraska with his beautiful wife and two children.
