Abortion

Life is sacred. Every person in this beautiful world has a place and a purpose. We believe that every child deserves a chance to fulfill that purpose. But babies whose lives are ended in the womb will never get a that chance. They will never see a rainbow in the sky, they will never hear the song of a bird, or feel the wind in their hair. But most importantly, and most tragically, they will never be loved, and they will never love others. Every child has the potential to make a difference in the lives of the people around them, and the world as a whole. Just because a parent does not desire a child does not mean that the baby should be robbed of their right to live.

We will put a federal ban on all forms of abortion in order to save the lives of America's children. This will include cases of rape and incest, because no matter how it was conceived, the baby is still a person. This also includes what are currently known as "life of the mother" situations. Even though the mother's life may be in danger, we believe that it is unacceptable to just exchange one life for another.
