Volunteer

Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering at our school. Please complete this online background check form by using this link and then clicking on the Apply button.Once you have completed the online form, notify Mrs. Hellenbrand in the office at lhellenbrand3@mcpasd.k12.wi.us so she can add it to our district background check spreadsheet. District staff will then watch for it to process. Once the background check processes at the district level, we will notify you that your background check is complete and you are cleared to volunteer. If you fail to notify Mrs. Hellenbrand, your background check will not be processed at the district level.
