Class period: 9/11 - 12/22

This 15 week-session includes  13  Mondays,  13  Tuesdays,  13  Wednesdays,  13  Thursdays, and  11  Fridays.

No class dates (see calendar):

• Mondays: 11/20 (Thanksgiving break), 12/4 (Conference week minimum day)

• Tuesdays: 11/21 (Thanksgiving break), 12/5 (Conference week minimum day)

• Wednesdays: 11/22 (Thanksgiving break), 12/6 (Conference week minimum day)

• Thursdays: 10/12 (Teacher Service Day), 11/23 (Thanksgiving break)

• Fridays: 10/13 (Recess Day), 10/20 (Walkathon), 11/10 (Veteran's Day), 11/24 (Thanksgiving break)

Leadership is during lunch this year.

Meeting PACT Pals instructors

• Students meet PACT Pals instructors at the lunch tables. Once students are gathered, instructor will take students to class location.

  • After-school programs will take Ks to PACT Pals instructors.

• There will be signs the first week. Pictures here.

Thurs

• Students meet PACT Pals instructors at the lunch tables

  • PACT Pals instructor will pick up Ks directly from their rooms. (This includes Ks in after-school programs; Ks in after-school programs will be picked up by PACT Pals instructor, not after-school program.).

• Lunch: PACT Pals instructors will supervise lunch at the lunch tables

After-school programs after class

PACT Pals instructors will drop off  Right at School kids at MUR, and YMCA kids at  YMCA (Room 20). (A YMCA staff member will walk K-1 from Room 20 to Theuerkauf.)

Absence

Please let vendor know if your child is absent – including if they are skipping class due to rain.

PACT Pals is an independent after school program not affiliated with Stevenson Elementary school. Vendors are solely responsible for the children during class time, not Stevenson Elementary school nor PACT Foundation. Please contact vendors directly for any questions. PACT Pals is for currently enrolled Stevenson students only.
