Committee Meetings

Committee Meetings are the monthly planning sessions for the Pack leadership. This includes the office holders such as Cubmaster, Committee Chairman, and Treasurer, along with all subcommittee and activity leaders and den leaders. Parents are always welcome to attend the meeting if they have questions, or maybe ideas for new or improved activities. Most meetings follow a standard format of reports by each officer/chairman, upcoming events planning and action items, and review of recent events for continuous improvement and follow-up actions.

The committee usually meets on the Monday evening following the Thursday pack meeting at Kep's meeting room at 7pm. You can reach out to the Pack Committee Chairman to let him know you're coming in case we have a change of venue or time.  You are welcome to order food and drink while you're there if you want to support a local business which charges us nothing for the use of the room.
