Adults wishing to join the Pack should complete the Adult Application.
Medical forms should be filled out annually for each scout.
This form is needed so your Pack and Den leaders can assess parent talents and determine who might be best suited to help with various activities. Help from parents is vital to the success of scouting and is greatly appreciated. Forms can be turned in at Den or Pack meetings.
This form obtains permission to use photographs or audio/video recordings of scouts in Pack 1290.
Download this form to order a new Class B red t-shirt for your scout, cost is $12 for cotton, $18 for performance.
Use this form to request reimbursement for out of pocket expenses related to Den or Pack activities.
Annual dues are $195.00 per year per scout.
