Welcome!
I am a Professor in the Economics Department at Boston College and an Amazon Scholar. Previously, I was a Senior Economic Advisor and Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. My current research interests cover the interaction between artificial intelligence and macroeconomics, sovereign default, and time series forecasting using machine learning tools. I am also interested in the formulation, solution, and estimation of dynamic general equilibrium models.
New papers on exchange rate dynamics and the impact of Gen-AI in the macroeconomy in the research section.
C++/CUDA codes to solve default models and a minimization routine in Fortran are available in the software section.
