Purchased from Cardiac Science Australia with the Defib Your Club, For Life 7 year program. - to November 2021. Cardiac Science was sold to a US company and no longer operates here.

Pediatric pads were replaced January 2017
Battery was apparently replaced in 2019 (if 5 year replacement applied)
2021-08-28 New adult pads ("CARDIAC SCIENCE POWERHEART AED G5 ADULT PADS" $135 + shipping.) installed. Purchased 2021-08-19 from Restart the Heart for $154.80 AUD and installed 2021-08-27.

Unfortunately, Cardiac Science in the USA was purchased by another company and we no longer supply any products for the Powerheart AED’s.
This means that we will not be able to provide you with replacement pads or battery, as we no longer have access to stock.
You can now purchase replacement pads and batteries for the G3 and G5 AED’s through the below contacts.sa
