Chief of Police

Patrick Piccioni, Chief of Police

The Oxford Township Police department is a small Police Agency that is big on Public service, and devoted to our Oxford Township residents. The department provides 24 hr Police coverage, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This is done with 4 full-time and 16 part-time dedicated Constables. The Township Trustee’s have made this coverage possible by looking into the future, and wisely managing the limited funds available. With the dedication to the community of Oxford Township, The Oxford Township Police Department has joined and is a proud member of the Ohio Collaborative.

As the Chief of the Oxford Township Police Department, I am responsible to ensure that the service provided to the Township residents is at the highest standards possible. We will not tolerate our residents, no matter their age, race, gender, religious belief, or identification to becoming victims of crime. Within the boundaries of Oxford Township is a melting pot from all over the world and we stand united as one, as we will use every resource possible to ensure their safety, and prosecute offenders to the fullest extent of the law. The unincorporated area’s of Oxford Township is a beautiful, quiet rural setting, where residents and visitors can enjoy themselves. We vow to see that it remains that way by constant patrolling and traffic enforcement.

In Closing please feel free to stop by our station at 925 South Main Street and visit. Our door is always open!

Chief of Police, Patrick Piccioni
