The Oxford Music Festival 2024

The Syllabus for the 2024 Oxford Music Festival is now available on the OMF Web site.

The Organ Classes (130 & 131) are to be held on Saturday 27th January 2024 at St Andrew's Parish Church, Old Headington, on the 2-manual Kenneth Tickell organ.

The closing date for entries is: Thursday 2nd November 2023

ODOA Anual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting will be held at Greyfriars, Iffley OX4 1SB (and simultaneously on Zoom) on Monday 6 November 7.00pm for 7.30pm. The Zoom invitation will be circulated closer to the day. The general programme will be:

Pre-meeting drinks and nibbles
AGM 2023 in Greyfriars Hall
Members Recital in Greyfriars Church
Light Supper in the Greyfriars Refectory

THE OXFORD AND DISTRICT ORGANISTS' ASSOCIATION: Founded in 1916, the ODOA provides an informal framework in which all those interested in organs can meet to enjoy various aspects of the instrument, through visits, workshops, study tours at home and abroad, lectures and social activities.

Most but not all of our members are players; others have a keen interest in organs and organ music generally. Of our playing membership, several are professionals and many are talented amateurs, in the true sense of the word. There are no formal membership requirements, and all are equally welcome in this friendly, mutually supportive group of like-minded people.
