Setup

If you cannot see this, check that you are logged in as an admin. Check if it is a dropdown under your name. If it is and you want it to appear as a separate button, go to User Unterface.

Apps

Top right dropdown will show you assigned apps. If any are missing,

• go to Setup > Manage Users > Profiles.
• Find the profile for the user eg system administrator and click on profile name.
• Under Apps, click on Assigned Apps.
• Click edit and check boxes for relevant Apps and

Tabs

Top level nav which links to an object.

To show/hide tabs for a User:

• In setup > Users find user and click into their profile.
• Click on their Profile link eg System Administrator.
• Click on Assigned Apps
• Edit and check/uncheck boxes as required.
• Save

Login Hours

• Setup > Profiles > [profile name]
• Under System, click on Login Hours

  • Desktop Client Access
  • Login IP Ranges
  • Session settings
  • Password policies
  • Default Community
