Libraries

Setup > Build > Salesforce Files > Settings > Salesforce CRM Content

• check boxes for
  • Enable Salesforce CRM Content
  • Enable content pack creation

Create

• Click on application for Content
• Click on the tab for Libraries
• In My Libraries, click on New. You will see New Library Wizard.
• Add Name and Description and click Save and Add Members
• Add Member and set permissions

Add content

• Click on application for Content
• Click on the tab for Libraries
• Click on Contribute. You will see a Contribute Content pop-up.
• Add link or upload file
• Add details and publish

Content Pack

A collection of related documents or files that are stored as a group. Any file in Content can be added to a content pack.

• Click on application for Content
• Click on the tab for Libraries
• Create New > Content Pack
• Search for content
• Select and click Add to content pack. You will see item(s) at bottom of page.
• Add more or click Save. You will see pop-up.
• Add details and Publish.

Subscribe

• Find the relevant library and click Subscribe button.

Tagging rules

• Find the relevant library and click Tagging Rules link.

Record Types

This might be interesting eg products, processes. Course does not say how to create a new record type.
