Volunteer Sign Up
For the 2023-2024 school year, volunteer options will be offered in 2 month increments to accomodate schedules: September/October, November/December, January/February, March/April, and May/June. Parents may choose a month in which to volunteer in their child's classroom. Please note: you will only be able to register to volunteer the current 2 month increment (i.e. in September you can register for October/November...you will have to wait to register for March if interested)
Register using the link below. Once you have registered, the Artsmart chairperson will contact you with more information on your next steps!
You may choose to discuss an artist/art theme from the options of portfolios available at Orchard Hills (see the options for each month), or you may talk to the children about an artist of your choosing whom you feel passionate about.
OH Art Smart portfolios are stored in the closet near the teacher's lounge. Access to this room requires a key, which is kept in the school office. Please remember to sign materials in/out!
