Filter Wheel
To control the stepper motors of the filter wheels, we used an Arduino board as a State device controller (AB3).
We use the Motor Shield Kit v1.1 from Adafruit Industries to control the filter selected and a home made circuit to detect the initial position when starting the plugin.

For installation upload this file on the Arduino memory.
Micromanager Device Adaptor for Filter Wheels
For installation copy mmgr_dal_Arduino_FW. dll file on the Micromanager folder.
During hardware configuration load the device Arduino_FW.
Edit the filter default values on the text file:
Config_EX_file.txt
This file has to be on the mmplugins folder.
