Personality: Somewhat shy, but get things done when left to herself. She is a philosopher and romantic at heart. She can be somewhat of a besserwisser and hates to be wrong, which is why she makes an effort to find things out.

Biography: Daughter of a beautiful airship engineer (who had an affair with Ren). Her appearance is a result of genetic engineering on request of her mother, to make her specially fit for aviation engineering, going for a light, strong frame and long limbs. She excelled in school and training (possibly partly due to her fathers genes) to such a degree that she was offered a special scholarship for highly talented young girls. Being curious about her father (who she had only met very sporadic (which is odd enough for Ren)) she followed him in secret and thus by mistake was drawn with him while he transferred between two realities. She quickly figured out the situation and managed to persuade Ren to take her with him, and ended up in the Abode that way. In other realities she would appear as an oddity due to her very specialized body build (almost alien to most worlds), which is why Ren is rather reserved about having her around him when travelling. It seems that she is accepted in most worlds with active folklore or fantasy setting as either a fairy child or bird spirit. In some worlds with less fantasy she is merely looked upon as a medical curiosity or a freak of nature.

Other notes of importance: Since she was brought up on an airship avionics is in her blood, she is not afraid of heights and has a very good spatial sense. She is a good pilot if you should need one, almost intuitive, and can handle most airships or aircraft's, from passenger Zeppelins to agile jet fighters. She is very good with electronics of several kinds, is one of the few who owns and work with computers within the abode (although they are becoming rapidly more popular) and worked out a way to connect to the electronic webs of several worlds including her own.

When working together with her "twin", Shinju-ichi, they are almost as one being, efficiently cooperating in almost an unworldly way.

She is an alternative reality version of Pearl and alternate reality twin with Shinju-ichi.
