Boys will play 36 holes at regionals.
The OSSAA will provide a regional guidebook that specifies yardages, rules, and guidelines for the regional events.
We will establish a qualifying standard (ranking) to advance to the regional tournaments. The ranking will be derived from the season events played for each school (top 5 best scores).
6A = 2 regional sites - Top 24 teams/Top 12 Individuals (not on a team) qualify to attend regionals.
5A = 2 regional sites - Top 30 teams/ Top 12 Individuals (not on a team) qualify to attend regionals.
4A =3 regional sites - Top 42 teams/ Top 12 Individuals (not on a team) qualify to attend regionals.
3A & 2A = 4 regional sites - Top 52 teams/ Top 12 Individuals (not on a team) qualify to attend regionals.

The Golf Advisory Committee met on November 6th, for the course selection process for the 2025 post season. With the changes to the Regional qualifying process (see above), we have courses (by classification) selected but have not assigned a host school for each event. As I construct regional assignments, I will do my best to place schools in the closest geographic regional, but we will consider strength of power for each regional. The objective of the Regional tournaments is to get the best 12 teams to the State event. If you are interested in being a host school for a regional site, please fill-out the form below. I will confirm with the selected host schools at a later time (second semester).
