there will be four races:

12:00 - course open for inspection

12:30 - coaches meeting at the finish line

1:00 - jv girls

1:45 - jv boys

2:30 - v girls

3:15 - v boys

course

see below for the course map. there are no changes to the course that has been run in the past (follow: red, orange, then green arrows). it is a 1ish mile loop with a 1 mile out/back + 5k extension into the gym parking lot. we will have course marshal's at all the major junctions along the course to direct runners and hold car traffic. please advise your athletes to be aware that cars will still have access to the roads during the race and be cautious.

facility

• team tents can be setup anywhere in the start/finish area as long is it doesn't interfere with start and finish lines.

• restrooms are located underneath the stadium adjacent to the tennis courts.

• parking will be available in the top 3 rows of the gym parking lot (last 2 reserved for race finish). all other parking lots on campus are open with exception to the one adjacent to the track near the start/finish area.

• - Buses are only allowed in PCHS lower stadium parking lot (do not have your bus come to the upper campus or gym area)

• - Everyone must be off campus before 4:30pm (PCHS has a football game at 6pm)

• - We will have to cancel certain races or combine races if there are weather (heat) delays
