Intro to Improv! A sampler class of Improv Games and techniques, customizable to each group. Practice active listening, eye contact, moving into curiosity, team-building, empathy, communication, exploring ideas physically, and working from a place of play. Most recently taught for Dakota County Libraries. 

Song Writing! What makes up a song? How fast can we put one together? What tools and instruments can we use? Through improv theater games and writing prompts, we'll work together to explore, take risks, work together, and get a first draft down. Most recently taught at the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis. 

Sketch Comedy! Create an all original sketch comedy! Learn how to brainstorm, write together, improvise, and finally perform! Most recently taught at Children's Theatre Company in Minneapolis. 

Radio Drama! Create a Serialized Genre-specific story i.e. podcast. Finished sample can be found here. Most recently taught at Children's Theatre Company in Minneapolis. 

Let's Make a Movie! Create a devised, then filmed, piece for teens. Finished sample can be found here. Mostly recently taught at Children's Theatre Company in Minneapolis. 

Found Object Puppetry! Creating characters (and drama!) by giving weight, breath, and voice to everyday objects. Most recently taught at Sunny Hollow Montessori in St Paul, Pillsbury House + Theatre in Minneapolis. 

Newscast! How do we work together and create a parody of a newscast? Working quick, we'll create something fast and funny. Most recently taught at Weaver Lake STEM in Maple Grove, MN.
