For the large number of pianists that participated, a 9' Yamaha concert piano was provided by NYSMTA member Paul Jennings from Artist Pianos in Latham. In addition to the music, students from the Music Studio in Albany performed on percussion instruments and later danced and sang several show tunes, including "I Love a Piano."

NYSMTA sold colorful bracelets stamped with the event theme: "Music Makes Everything Better" to raise additional funds. When all was tallied, we raised over $6,500 for the cause. Congratulations to all the students and heartfelt thanks to all who donated so generously.
