Rules: All foreign stamps are  free to members, who are asked to make a donation if they have received  a worthwhile package:
* Except:, GB stamps available for postage and GB Prestige Booklets - sale by negotiation.

Members should not hold more than 2 packs at the same time.
Please keep the packs circulating  - a month at a time please.
