Large class sizes make it difficult for students to receive the individual attention that they deserve so that they can reach their full potential.
Staffing ratios in NKSD have been lagging behind neighboring districts for years.
While we have seen some improvement over the past two years our schools are still struggling with restrictive staffing levels that result in too many split classes at the elementary level.
NOTE: Part of the large increase in 2015-16 was the addition of 10 PBIS TOSAs.
