How much does an NLP Coaching Session cost?

Private 1-1 sessions in Chepstow or within 10 miles from £50 per session. Payment is by Cash, Bank Transfer or Cheque at the end of each session. Contact me for details.

How long does a solution focused hypnotherapy session last?

Sessions are around 50-60 Minutes each

After your initial session,we agree further sessions and times to suit you.

Most clients have weekly or bi weekly sessions up to an hour max.

Some Clients see me once a month and I help them set and work towards their goals.

How many sessions will I need?

That really depends on the issue and the preferred outcome.

Once we have decided to work together, I will ask you to sign a consent form and we will agree a number of sessions. We will review this periodically to make sure we are on track and you are achieving what you set out to. As a guide, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and NLP produces rapid results and in my experience most clients usually have between 3 and 10 sessions again depending on the individual situation.

Cancellations?

If you give me more than 24 hours notice you will not be charged for the cancelled session. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full cost of the arranged session.

I'm a trainer member of INLPTA and abide by codes of conduct and terms.

I hold full liability Insurance and have an up to date and enhanced DBS in place
