Tuesday evenings of cross-country running at Central Park in Parsippany. The series is open to all ages and abilities, whether you're racing every week, dropping in for a few nights or coming out to walk your first 5K.

THE COURSE
OLD-SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY.
The 5K course is in the former Greystone Park Hospital complex, now Central Park and part of the Morris County Park system.
It's also home to local high school cross-country meets.

The series was created to introduce cross-country running to everyone, not just experienced racers.
Run hard. Run easy. Walk it. Bring the family. Race every week or just show up when you can.
All ages. All abilities. Walkers welcome.
RACE NIGHT
CHECK-IN
Registration and check-in begin at 6:00 PM.

The 5K starts at 6:45 PM.
RAIN OR SHINE
Tuesday-night races are held rain or shine.
AFTER THE RACE
Stick around for post-race refreshments.
You'll receive a timing chip and accurate timing each week.
RUN ONE. OR RUN THEM ALL.
You don't have to commit to the entire summer. Register for the full series or come out for individual Tuesday-night races.
FULL SERIES
YOUTH — $50
High school age and younger
ADULT — $85
SINGLE RACE
YOUTH — $8
ADULT — $10
Single-race registration is available on race night.
