Yearly Written Exam

2026 Test Information

The 2026 Lacrosse Rules Tests will be taken on through US Lacrosse, as we have done in the past.  See a copy of the test below.  It must be taken on the USL site.  

To Access the Test on the USL website follow these instructions: (there may be some slight changes)

• Log in to your USL account

• Click on your account information

• Click on Transcripts

• Click on Girls Officials Annual Certification (2025) 

• Scroll down to find the Exam box

• Click on Girls Officials Annual Certification for the 2025 Rules Exam

  • You will need to log in again to take the exam

• Click on the exam Girls Official - 2025 NFHS Rules Exam and begin

• The Youth Exam is listed below the high school exam

• There are additional courses you may choose to enroll in to receive additional training. 

Email your test results to Maddie Driscoll at maddlax11@gmail.com when you have completed the test.  Maddie only needs the high school results.  

If you plan to officiate NHYLA games you must register with NHYLU and complete their requirements.  NHWLUA and NHYLU are two independent organizations.  

Last year's test is for your review only until the 2026 test is posted.

Coming Soon is the Youth Test for Girls.  Your results should be sent to NHYLA if you are doing youth games.  This test also applies for our Middle School games.
