Sample data sets and read/write routines for nmd files

Neuromap uses .nmd files, which have a very simple format (ascii header followed by binary data).

You may download matlab routines to read and write nmd files

You may download sample data sets including nmd files that can be used to test the package and reproduce the figures of the original paper describing NeuroMap:

• • Data acquired with a 2D 60-electrode array on a cultured preparation of mouse embryo (E12, DIV1) + picture of preparation

  • Data acquired with a 2D 256-electrode array on an acute preparation of mouse embryo spinal cord (E14.5) + picture of preparation.

  • Simulated 3D data (only for the Matlab version)
