The Traceroute tool tracks the path that data takes from your device to a target host, showing each stop (or "hop") along the way. It helps identify where delays or connection issues occur.
Enter a hostname or IP address
Tap the play icon
This starts sending trace packets to the destination.
View results
After a few seconds, you'll see:
The list of routers (hops) the packets traveled through
Any timeouts or unreachable points
Each line in the result represents one hop (a router between you and the final destination).
Hops are numbered starting from 1.
Typically, the fewer hops, the more direct the route.
