Become a Member

Welcome to the NCERW! We would love to have you or your institution as a contributing member. Both individuals and institutions / organizations are invited to become members. Institutional members will have their logos listed in the Membership Directory, and individual members may have their photos and bios added to the Individual Contributors page.

Individual contributors and representatives of institutional members will be granted some editorial access to the site, including the capability to edit and add files to certain community pages.

Member rights and responsibilities: It is the responsibility of all members and individual contributors to ensure that the NCERW site represents the mission and spirit of the NCERW, that the website is a both the site of a welcoming and open community and the site of robust public discussion and debate.

• Members and non-members alike have the right to use any and all resources made publicly available on this site, provided proper attribution is given to the author of the materials and to the NCERW websites.
• Individual contributors have the right to have their names and biographies listed on the Individual Contributors page. Individual contributors may choose to also include links to their professional or personal websites and photos (highly encouraged!).
• Individual contributors will be given access to limited pages on which they can upload files, and edit content. Contributors who need access to additional pages will be given access on request.
• Contributors to the site affirm that contributing content, including photos, articles, notes, syllabi, curricula, etc., is a de facto assertion of the right to publicly disseminate that content – that the contributor either owns it or has been given explicit permission to upload it to the NCERW site.
• By contributing to the site, contributors agree to post relevant and appropriate content, and to refrain from ad hominem attacks, negativity, and divisiveness.
• NCERW reserves the right to take down content, delete any comments, and furthermore to revoke any user accounts, if these guidelines are not followed.
